We are not responsible for improper alterations done by a stylist or yourself once the wig has been delivered. We are not responsible for improper installs resulting in alteration of the unit, improper care of the unit resulting in tangling or other harm, colour fade due to product error, misunderstandings of wig wear, misunderstanding of policies, misunderstanding of final look and expectations, or incorrect cut due to the work of someone else.
Unfortunately, these are issues we cannot fix for free.
